Clientify: Marketing Tool

How the Clientify – FNSrooms Integration Works
With this integration, every reservation you process in FNSrooms saves all the data of the primary contact of that reservation in Clientify—that is, the person who made the booking.
Additionally, in Clientify a “Won Opportunity” is generated under the name of this reservation and linked to the contact, so you can take further action to generate more sales.
Within this “Won Opportunity” you will see a summary—similar to the contact’s—containing the following data:
- ID
- FNS ID
- Source
- Start
- End
- Check-in date and time
- Check-out date and time
- Number of adult contacts
- Number of under-18 contacts
- Type of room
- Name of the hotel where the reservation was made
- Number of people in the reservation
- Reservation amount
- Daily breakdown of the reservation
- Current reservation status (Book, Cancel, Modify)
All this information can be used to devise the right sales strategy, maximize resources, and generate new sales opportunities.

How to Activate the Integration:
To activate the integration between Clientify and FNSrooms, you need to ask FNSrooms to activate push notifications for the desired hotels pointing to the URL that will be provided from Clientify.
FNSrooms will provide the information to be entered into the Clientify record (Username, Password, Hotel IDs, etc.). Once verified, all reservations will begin syncing with the client’s Clientify account.
Things to Consider
- Reservation reception is handled by FNSrooms’ push notification service, automatically and in real time via webhook.
- Note that only contacts aged 18 or older will be stored in Clientify.
