Description

FormsCRM Holded PRO is a premium add-on that connects your WordPress forms directly to Holded CRM. Synchronize contacts, create leads with funnel stage assignment, and manage your sales pipeline seamlessly.

• Contact synchronization: automatically create and update Holded contacts based on form submissions.
• Lead management: create leads with all relevant information.
• Funnel integration: assign leads to specific funnels and stages.
• Custom field mapping: map any form field to Holded’s contact or lead fields.

Requirements

• Complemento básico FormsCRM (gratuito).
• Active Holded account with API access.

• Requires Composer to be installed.

Available fields

Contact fields: name, tax name, VAT number, email, phone, mobile, address, city, postal code, state, country, notes, tags, IBAN, SWIFT, and more.

Potential customer fields: contact name, opportunity name, value, potential, expiration date, funnel stage assignment, notes, attachments.

Installation

1. Install and activate the FormsCRM base plugin.
2. Upload the FormsCRM Holded PRO plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3. Run composer install in the plugin directory to install the dependencies.
4. Activate the plugin via the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
5. Go to Settings → FormsCRM → FormsCRM Holded PRO.
6. Enter your license key and activate it.
7. Configure your Holded API key in Settings → FormsCRM → Settings.

Do I need the basic FormsCRM plugin?

Yes, FormsCRM Holded PRO requires the free FormsCRM plugin to be installed and activated.

How do I get a license key?
