Description
FormsCRM SuiteCRM is an add-on for FormsCRM.
Gravity Forms is the best way to use forms on your website, as it offers much more power, flexibility, and functionality than CRM HTML forms. With this plugin, you can connect every entry that is filled out directly to the CRM.
Configuring the add-on is very simple. Once you have loaded the add-on, configure it with the URL, username, and password of the user who will create the entries in the CRM.
Next, go to each form you want to connect to the CRM. You will see an assignment field where you can choose the equivalent in the CRM software for each field.
The plugin connects to the CRM via a web service, which is the safest and best way to connect it.
Currently, the following CRM programs are supported: vTiger SugarCRM.
With this version, only one type of CRM can be used on the web.
We will support more CRMs. Please let us know which CRM you would like to use, and we will take it into account in future versions.
Installation
Extract the zip file and simply place the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation, then activate the plugin from the Plugins page.
