  • To connect Clientify with Magento, first log in to Clientify using your account. Then, to obtain the API Key in Magento, use the special tool called SOAP, creating a “key” designated as API Key.
  • In the Magento SOAP menu, create a new function that acts as a “tool” with a specific name. Assign permissions to this tool and save it.
  • Then, in SOAP Users, choose who can use this tool and assign a SOAP role to that person, providing them with the necessary access for effective use.

By following these steps, you will have securely and reliably configured the connection between Clientify and Magento.

  • The integration works with MAGENTO 1.X and MAGENTO 2.X.
  • Only contacts with email addresses are synchronized.
  • Only products that have a unique SKU or code assigned to each product are synchronized.
  • For each sale in Magento, an Order will be created in Clientify and an Opportunity linked to that Order. The Order can be viewed in the contact’s timeline.
