Connect CF7 Fields with Odoo

Thank you so much for helping us reset our password.

We also sent a ticket via contact form, asking for help in setting the plugin.

I sum up our request: your will find an image attached.

If we try to set up a CF7 form, we find the Odoo tab created by your plugin.

We can write our Odoo installation data, but there is no place in which to connect CF7 fields with Odoo fields.

For example: name of customer in CF7 -> name in odoo, phone number CF7 -> phone odoo etc.

Do you have any video/written instructions manual we can use?

How can we get the connection with Odoo right?

We used the ODOO “administrator” user and password in setting the plugin, so it should work.

We did not receive any error message, so we don’t know how to try, in order to solve.

Is there any log we can visualize and use to find how it does not connect?

Do you know which type of error this is, do you have any documentations/videos etc on how to solve?

Do you have the last version of FormsCRM? Some bugfixes were solved relating CF7.

Yes! I’ve just updated to 1.0.2. You can download in your area. I hope it fixes it.

It’s something related with the API Password. Did you put the apipassword? You can get as the documentation says:

I see in the picture that you didn’t add the URL and Odoo DB. I’m going to launch an update for FormsCRM to solve that in next hours.

The problem is that cannot access to Could not access kiaora.odoo.com/xmlrpc/2/object.

Are you sure that you put API password and OdooDB correctly?

we cant’t found our additional fields setted in odoo, or in some case as in the previuous image we see “faultstring”

Hello, I finally managed to login and check the problem. The user that you are giving credentials, is not allowed for fields_get method.

I’m using the prova form, and I think that you’re not using API Password.
